Executive Biography
Ayman has 25 years of experience in infrastructure, project management, and construction management, including FIDIC contracts administration, project scheduling, and cost control using international practices. He has extensive experience in traffic engineering, GIS development, and design.
His work experience started from survey engineering to road design engineering through traffic engineering, then to project manager for a major road project in Al Ain, UAE. He also worked as a Business Development Manager, CEO for Khedma for Projects and Facilities Management, and then CEO for Smart Professional Services. He worked as a technical office manager in the Minister of Transport Office, in Egypt. He has been certified PMP since 2008 by the Project Management Institute, USA.

Elmorsy is a consultant engineer in the road and airport engineering field with over 40 years of experience in road and airport engineering and road maintenance, along with extensive experience in road geometric and structural design in the PMS program in Egypt since 1986. Elmorsy has held many positions in the Ministry of Transportation of Egypt and is a constant member of both the Egyptian Code Committee and the Arab Code Committee.

Additionally, he has contributed to calculating PCI and determining best road maintenance methods.
